At this point, we'll start to discuss the details of the collection you are interested in, or the aspects of your custom design. Don't hesitate to ask any questions during this point of the process and don't hold any details about your wedding day back - theme, colors, style, ideas, etc. Once we've figured out all the specifics and quantities required, I'll send over a personalized quote.
Once you've had a chance to look over your detailed quote and are confident we've included all the finishes and details you want, I'll send an invoice for that amount. A design deposit of $35 is required, and once that's received I'll send over a questionnaire to get all the required information about your wedding day to go on the Invitation Suite. No work will be started until the design deposit has been received.
At this point, once I've received the design deposit and questionnaire, I'll get to work customizing your invitations! This is my favorite part and where we really get to tell your story. Once that's ready, a PDF proof will be sent to you for approval. Please check it very carefully for spelling, colors, and dates. Two rounds of proofs are included with the design fee so make sure everything is perfect and that you love it. Once we've finished any final changes, a final PDF proof will be sent to you for sign off.
Once you've approved the final proof, I'll send an invoice for the remaining payment due. After this payment has been received, the printing and production starts! I'll be checking on everything every step of the way to make sure it is all looking perfect, and then add any finishing touches you decide on (like wax seals, twine, etc.) If you are getting vintage stamps or white printing on your envelope this is when I will reach out to the teams I outsource to. Once everything is ready, I'll assemble your invitations to get them ready to send. Unless otherwise requested, your invitations will arrive to you fully assembled in the envelopes.
Get excited! Once everything is ready, your invitations will be carefully packaged and sent directly to you. If you are local to Salt Lake City, pickup is also an option.
